Do I have any friends on here with add who have tips for being able to sleep? The obvious things don't work for me and I'm rather tired of days like today where I've been awake for nearly 48 hours

Thanks Josh! I usually practice these, my main issue is that I can't "switch off" (so I won't feel tired at all, or when I do, I can't fall asleep). I've found mindless Tv helps, but you're right the blue light from phones messes with your circadian rhythm.

There's something called flux. It's an app that manually adds yellow light to negate the effect of blue light. Ty helpful if you're suffering from insomnia (in some form). Won't prescribe melatonin cuz I haven't personally used them. Also maybe try changing pillows. U never know
