Deleted a whole bunch of files from a secure clients server (3,700+ files = 13.7TB) so glad we take back ups of all files every morning & night as well as backup before moving files from server “A” to server “B” or that would have been really bad...

Due to a similar mistake at the same company, I once took out all of our Battlefield 4 servers, and another time I took out all our DayZ servers. I also once killed our entire website by locking the database. Shit happens, frequently and with little encouragement!
