The only way you can get help with this is by contacting support. which is why they (and I) are saying it. No staff, mod, admin, can help you resolve billing issues, only support - sorry about this, but this is how payments work
I sincerely doubt it took you over 5 months to get a response. Obviously some issues take longer to resolve + require multiple replies

I got a response faster than 5 months yes... lol but I seemed to be the only one concerned with actually resolving the issue which did take more than 5 months. The response was also slow, but can't say how long, I'll check for you!

I finally found the messages - they were so old! The longest time to get a reply was 4 days, so thats pretty good. But I did also have a pm to them that was never answered. And the issue did take ~5 mos to resolve, even tho Don and I both knew it shouldn't have.
