The only way you can get help with this is by contacting support. which is why they (and I) are saying it. No staff, mod, admin, can help you resolve billing issues, only support - sorry about this, but this is how payments work

Well then I guess you aren't counting the time it took me over 5 months and MY reminding them there was an issue to BE resolved 3x to get something done...

I sincerely doubt it took you over 5 months to get a response. Obviously some issues take longer to resolve + require multiple replies
