Hopefully support is working overtime right now.. in the past I've had both amazing and downright awful service times from them.
The only way you can get help with this is by contacting support. which is why they (and I) are saying it. No staff, mod, admin, can help you resolve billing issues, only support - sorry about this, but this is how payments work

Our response times are consistently within the timeframe specified, usually way under. I think we have the best support in the Minecraft space based on my experiences

There is no way to get a higher priority on issues like this? I really hate to be the person that complains, especially because I know they cant do much. But $200 is a very expensive mistake.
