The peripherals are supplied by the event organiser. They're usually decent quality gaming keyboards + mice like Razer brand or others
Some of the team are testing the tournament system at the London MINECON Tournament atm - it's a local network with near zero latency (so zero ping). No blaming ping when you lose on a LAN!
