Through being active on Minecraft, Reddit and other online places, I met friends who would recommend me for jobs that led to me being here

In summary: unless you want to be a doctor or a lawyer, exam results are much less important than real experience + knowing people

I've learned more from volunteering at Hypixel for nearly 3 years than all the time I spent in school/College
