really depends on your usage. for gaming, what setting can you play all games on? CPU could do with a bump but 960 should handle 60fps well

personally, I think the most important part you could upgrade is the monitor. bigger higher framerate monitors require better graphics cards

Are you maxing out your ram ATM? 8 is probably fine, but RAM is quite cheap so throw another stick in if you have money (16 is good)

How long does your PC take to boot ATM? A few minutes? SSD will boot up in seconds, you'll be at the login screen super quick

Also, SSDs load and save information faster. This can be useful for stuff like file transfer or some bits of games (like loading a map)
