Holy moly, @punchesbears and @nonplayercat - not asking for a step-by-step but how do you guys make your twitter gifs? Mine end up HUGE?!

use gifcam, dump in photoshop, ctrl + alt + shift + s (in windows) to save for web, crunch until low mb

Gotcha - tried the save-as-web thing as well, but was still hovering around 2 megs. Unavoidable, prolly

2mbs is very low for a quality gif. 2-10mb pretty normal. Like Rebecca said, hers are 15mb lol
