We have to develop a healthier way of talking about success and hard work. Yes, work hard on stuff you love! But understand exploitation.
I do agree with what you are saying, but what about the people who draw fulfilment from giving themselves to a project?

I guess it's more about teaching people to have awareness and be very critical with where they choose to spend their life + time
