We only run the automated tool every few months. We hadn't run the tool in many months, possible 1 year when we last ran it. We have never manually added or removed any item from the AM catalog, ever. Jeremy's shit wasn't popular enough to be scraped by our automated tool 
I was legitimately surprised when Jeremy accused me of "removing his merch from the AM catalog", I didn't even know it was there lol. I don't really know what else to say. I could send you snippets of the python script we use, but that wouldn't really help
