I don't do that many talks/panels, but for the record: I will no longer give a talk at an event with only white speakers. I won't join a panel of only white panelists. When asked I'll decline and encourage the organiser to give my slot to a (often more experienced) BIPOC person
This also applies to events / panels with all cis men, though thankfully that seems to be getting less common
