Face/Body language is a small benefit, but outweighed by the negatives of causing people anxiety. No cam also has a 'curb cut' effect where it benefits everyone - even if you don't have anxiety, if you're having an awful day + feel bad, you aren't forced to broadcast it

I'd honestly go so far as to say that it's negligent to force any trans person to put their face on a camera, especially during global lockdown where access to services is limited. Imagine experiencing severe dysphoria from your face, then having to look at it on a zoom call
