I think I need a new computer, mine keeps “skipping” like an old CD when I’m watching videos or playing games. No graphics card upgrade needed. Any ideas?!
I would upgrade RAM and drives. Takes a lil bit of effort but you can migrate all your files to an SSD boot drive + add a little extra RAM just in case that's an issue, not sure :)

I have all of my files on an SSD already
I also have 32 GB in Ram. I also can’t find any drivers that need updating!
