Over half of our team are women or NB people, and many identify as some form of "not straight". It's hard to contextualize if you haven't worked in the games industry for a minute, but it's nice to be on a team full of passionate and talented people who don't all look the same
We still have a long way to go. Our journey is only just starting. But if you ever get the chance to charter a boat into the unknown, I hope you're able to crew it with as many incredible, talented, beautiful, complex people as we have. And many more crew members to come!
What makes a games studio truly great?
It's entirely debatable. Quality of products, working conditions, achievements, potential are all factors I consider personally
