This should go without saying but you should never insult / harass anyone. I go out of my way to not tag people - if I share screenshots I remove usernames - because I don't want anyone getting hurt. My mentions are filled with 1000s of tweets, this sucks, don't do this to anyone
For you, it may just be 2 or 3 tweets you send to a person. But if 100 people send tweets, that's 100-300 tweets. If 1000 people all send tweets, it's 1000-3000 tweets. Think about how it would feel to receive 100s or 1000s of messages at once, many insulting. Don't do this!

Yeah, you can accidentally hurt people just by quote retweeting on a large account. Got to be careful. And intentional harassment is despicable, obviously
