Every time I get worried and check the logs, claims of 'item loss' turns out to be either a lie or user error. This player claimed to have lost 3 items - two were traded, 1 is still in inventory

On the internet, negative stuff can often be overblown because people are 100% more likely to post about a bad thing than a good thing. When something goes "wrong" people tweet, but when everything goes right people don't usually tweet Gotta have perspective. Hard data helps
As we continue to improve our data and analytics, perhaps we will be more comfortable releasing data. We're still data babies but I anticipate hiring actual data science / analytics people to help out at some point, when our production team can actually do stuff with it lol
I still don’t get how they get scammed for pets either I keep doing video after video don’t trust trade or if they say give me pet for tik tok I’ll give it back plus frost. Imagine I came to buy your car and said I’ll take it now come back later and pay you double
People, especially young people are too trusting. One of our big initiatives this summer is to do updates that significantly reduce scams and other bad behaviour

Josh I genuinely got scammed out of my NFR bat dragon this person said they would trade neon Shadow for skeleton plush than somebody with a skeleton plush cam and said another neon legend i don't like neon shadow? than i gave him my neon bat for skeleton plush And than the NFR
