Might just start temp banning fake item claims tbh. If you lie or try to scam support, you get temp banned 
you're literally preventing people from getting actual help

Wish there was a way to report and ban scammers from the game who use "trust trades" and similar ploys.

Me too lol. We are working on a bunch of stuff to improve trading and reduce scamming, but it's a lot of work - Roblox don't provide us tools to easily moderate so we have to build them ourselves
