With the Megas now introduced, AdoptMe is in desperate need of more trade windows. Imagine buying the new 5 item pirate pack for 300 robux and not being able to trade the items in one go. It’s things like these that allow people to get scammed.

Hi. I am having the same problem at the moment. The pet has not been traded and there seems to be no accountability except blame the hackers for compromising your account. There has been no compensation, Replacement of the pet or check to see if there are relevant backups.
maybe the only way to get to support should be through the website not email because im sure you know but if a scam happens and you go to start a ticket on the website you get this: which then prevents the user from emailing.pic.twitter.com/Q9tTsJ9GTJ
we don't accept tickets via direct email any more for this reason, anyone who emails gets directed to the web form
Have you got any plans to try help with the amount of scamming going on? So many scams right now & new ones happening all the time.. it's making trading a stressful business
