i think never they said they will update trades like a year ago
we're working on it but there's a ton of safety features + underlying system changes we need to do first to make sure players are protected. if we don't put these protections in first it would be catastrophically bad for the in-game economy. expect several improvement updates

absolutely, we just need everything to be 110% secure before we add it otherwise it would be a nightmare. imagine if there's a glitch or an exploit + people can transfer bucks easily, would be horrible for us to fix. we're investigating lots of different improvements
