If you've been rolled back, your inventory should look exactly how it did on Monday at 11:50AM UTC timezone. So if you were about to make a meganeon then you should have those 4 neon pets, it's only things you gained Monday night + Tuesday daytime that are reset

when did you get your 4th? If you traded for it on Monday/Tuesday then it won't be there because you were reset to Monday 11:50AM UTC, if that makes sense?
