To be crystal clear: the 0.3% of affected users had items + bucks reset to what they were on Monday at 11:50AM UTC. Nobody "lost" items, your inventory should look exactly as it did on Monday morning - the only items lost are ones you got Tuesday night or Monday daytime

Items lost are the ones you got Tuesday night or Monday daytime? I was playing and I bought a apartment house around those time is gone. Plus snow cats that was given to me to make neons the mega neons is gone. I did lose stuff and my daughter too

Yeah sorry, if you've been rolled back then that stuff will be done because your items are reset to where they were on Monday morning. Bucks should be reset too though, so you can buy the apartment again

Yea u get the items back that u got on Monday but if someone gave u say a dog on Tuesday you wouldn’t get that back because the 0.03 people affected where affected on Tuesday and all items you recived on Tuesday will be gone as for your other stuff is still there

I made a mega neon artic on Monday and I joined on yesterday and it was gone and there was only three neon artic reindeers in my inventory will I get it back and pls reply to this bc I’m really upset and it was my fav pet and I only just made it

Although I did get my bucks resetted and my stuff, it was upsetting for me too see that the eggs I hatched were gone (i was lucky enough to hatch two legendaries) and I traded stuff for some items/pets such as unicorn stroller that I was looking for a long time and now it's gone

John plsss bring back my pets because in that 36 hours i made alot of progress i traded my legends for fly ride crow and traded that for a neon fly ride koala then i traded a legend for a neon fly ride swan...the pets that i lost is very valuable to me including my NFR kelpie
