I already contacted them, I lost my 14 Neon Pets, My House, My Bucks, and more, but it's not only me, there are more people. I think it is related to what happened, but I think it affected certain people worsely...Is the compensation even good? What's the compensation?

I just checked the logs and all your items were traded away. So either you're lying, or someone logged into your account using your password + traded all your items.
