I'm dying... a friend of mine @darkaceness just discovered @discord chat now uses the main color of your profile picture as the background, resulting in average Skin Tone backgrounds

Wouldn't it have been easier, more appealing for users, and prevent this to just... Let us choose which color we have as our BG?

Tbf this probably seemed like an easy elegant solution and probably works well for profile pics that are cartoons or not just faces lol. But yeah, random selection or user selection would be my preference
