I got the differenciation. Yeah I guess I wouldn't consider valve my team if I released a Dota 2 mod. I guess my point was more that if you have an mmo you expect that a big chunk of your team is on engine, server and community management. Some of that work is offloaded.

Yeah, we don't need bodies on engine or network. Though tbh I'd prefer we ran our own hardware and had more finite control / better revenue cut
