i honestly think that "community managers" to most studios just actually means "office girl i want to date and dont trust with anything Serious" because it's ridiculous how women get typecasted into CMs in this industry
When hiring our new CM I tried to be very strict and clear: "this is an actual community management job, the job is Managing the Community - not social media, marketing, comms, PR, influencer outreach, player support and office management all rolled into one low base salary"
