To be completely honest: I don't care. You can't buy your way out of a ban by spending Robux, the rules apply equally whether you've spent a lot on Adopt Me or you just play for free

Will pet hats be from eggs?
hats are on a rotation that resets regularly. you can buy with Bucks or there's a few Robux-only packages. In a separate update we'll be adding new ways to get pet accessories :)
