Animal Crossing's economy is completely broken by exploits and p2p trading, so it's a terrible example to reference. There are players who exploited to billions in wealth via stalk market + time travel, completely breaking the global economy I found spider island. Not the same
It's Economics 101. If there's an exploit, that injects wealth into the economy (centralised into a handful of power users). This cause 'inflation' / devaluation, where everything costs more because the top 1% set the market rates. Thats what happens when you don't patch exploits

Yeah couldn’t agree more, I just think people are in such a rush to accumulate cash/wealth that they spoil the game for themselves, yeah animal crossing has always been full of greedy exploiters I’ve played every ac since GameCube it’s a truly unique beautiful game
