Do you need to water blooming flowers in new horizons? The flowers on the cliffs never get water and yet they never die
Someone in-game said that watering encourages cross-polination or whatever to make mixed flowers, I don't water my flowers outside my house and they never die

this has been my hypothesis as well so that's very relieving if it's true. i always just never had flowers in my old towns because i hated watering them all every day.

I saw a villager watering my plants, so they could justify it narratively if we just assume villagers water all flowers off screen haha
