There's this persistent, toxic idea in online games communities that Developers owe Players their time and must put up with endless messages on every platform ranging from well-meaning but negative to harassment and insults This is false + creates a culture of entitlement

My #1 goal is protecting our team members, making sure they are happy and healthy + able to do their actual jobs which don't involve putting up with BS I want players to be heard - but that doesn't mean we HAVE to listen to everyone, all the time. tl;dr Talk Trash, Get Bashed

We all work really hard to make a huge fun game and the studio to support it. We try to listen to all feedback. But when you send an angry message, for you it's just 1 message - for us it's 10s, 100s, 1000s of messages Think before you type. Criticism is valid, rudeness is not

I did the same when I had teams of my own. One thing I realized working for big communities on ROBLOX, is that you can never please certain players no matter how hard you try. They just will keep wanting more and more.
