To all the players who broke the rules and abused a recent housing exploit to generate Bucks illegally, you have been banned. If you thought you were being clever by using an alt: we track that and your main account has been completely wiped too. Stay safe, don't use exploits!

My husband's account was completely wiped clean of all of his inventory. He sent a detailed email to your support team. I sent in a video of my account and my daughter's to show that his inventory is not a lie. We play as a family and we do have alts to grind and make neons.

We have never used exploits or scammed in this game. I first joined to play with my daughter then he joined. Why would his account be wiped clean if he has never done anything wrong????????????

Support will investigate when they reach your ticket. If what you're saying is true, it will be fixed - wiped accounts usually received a large number of items from an exploiter, so might want to double check nobody abused any glitches to make Bucks last week
