It's pretty simple: don't abuse exploits or glitches in game to generate 100,000s or million of illegal bucks and you won't get banned 
"I didn't know it was wrong!" doesn't really cut it when they created an alt, generated a million Bucks then bought eggs to trade to main
We only banned the worst cases. There were many more cases who just got reset, or got away with it. Using any exploits or glitches is against the rules / terms of service, I wouldn't worry about these people - breaking a law / rule is still wrong even if you didn't know it
I just earned bucks by just aging up my pets myself and I don't use exploits :/ I do it by myself and of coarse the 20 bucks that come every 10 mins
I think their talking about how you guys have banned people for things they didnt do? And things that weren't wrong but they still got banned for no reason
