To all the players who broke the rules and abused a recent housing exploit to generate Bucks illegally, you have been banned. If you thought you were being clever by using an alt: we track that and your main account has been completely wiped too. Stay safe, don't use exploits!
This exploit had nothing to do with 'families' like some people are suggesting, we've separately added a cap to that because it goes against the spirit of the game. This ban wave was for a separate housing related exploit, which we can detect with 100% accuracy
Hey would selling my art for pets or items in game be breaking roblox terms of service?
technically yes, Roblox ToS says you're not supposed to trade anything out of game for in-game stuff - real money, robux, gifts + other items etc. But we aren't the police, our goal is to stop large scale abusers from ruining the game, not artists trading 1 painting for 1 pet lol
Wait so what if u use an alt to money grind and their a baby but no exploits? Does that count?
It's pretty simple: don't abuse exploits or glitches in game to generate 100,000s or million of illegal bucks and you won't get banned 
"I didn't know it was wrong!" doesn't really cut it when they created an alt, generated a million Bucks then bought eggs to trade to main
My husband's account was completely wiped clean of all of his inventory. He sent a detailed email to your support team. I sent in a video of my account and my daughter's to show that his inventory is not a lie. We play as a family and we do have alts to grind and make neons.
I only have one alt which i use to grow pets to make neons faster :/ i only use my alt when i need to make neons (like right now because its a double weekend and im horribly broke) . Is using only one alt to grow pets explioting?
Exploiting is a cheat, have you ever been in a game and some one is flying? They probally are exploiting. People can buy exploits or downloading them.
