If the team doesn't use TeamCreate, how are non-code changes reconciled? For example if one dev makes changes to ServerStorage or ReplicatedStorage, and another dev makes changes to StarterGui, what is the process to merge? Are ALL Instances managed via Rojo?
rare main map changes are coordinated - artist jump into the correct place and makes or imports the changes manually for most other assets we have places that act as single source of truth - e.g all furniture is in a furniture place + entire folder gets copied into main place

in the future it would be great to have the place fully built by Rojo and/or other tools, but for now this works without adding unnecessary complexity / overhead for non-programmers
