We have 5 amazing player support reps who spend all their time answering requests for help. I think we have the only dedicated player support team on Roblox. Yet people still complain - I get it, it's frustrating to have problems. But feels like a thankless job for sure
I know it's pointless venting on Twitter - we have millions of players and 99.99% of them will never see this. But I get a little sad when people talk about how we "don't care" - I see the hard work our team members put in every day, they care. I wish y'all could see what I see
Oh man I’m so sorry, I know what that feels like. Maybe you guys can have an coworker appreciation day once a month and celebrate each other that way. 
They are young, and selfish. Most don’t understand what it’s like to hold down a job. Just think of the other percent that’s loves all that you’re doing. ME, Me, Meeee......I’m always excited for Friday’s! You’re rock stars!
