We have 5 amazing player support reps who spend all their time answering requests for help. I think we have the only dedicated player support team on Roblox. Yet people still complain - I get it, it's frustrating to have problems. But feels like a thankless job for sure
I know it's pointless venting on Twitter - we have millions of players and 99.99% of them will never see this. But I get a little sad when people talk about how we "don't care" - I see the hard work our team members put in every day, they care. I wish y'all could see what I see

Tbh I see game makers a bit like the nhs at the moment if it wasn’t for gaming in general there would be a lot of bored people watching tv insted of playing games , so in a time like this what have people got to fall back on .... gaming 
Most customer service type jobs are like this unfortunately. I worked in retail pharmacy for 16 years and boy, talk about a thankless job. I’m just glad as a company you are recognizing their hard work.

I know you all do work hard and it is appreciated, but I am still waiting for a response about my daughters account being hacked for 2 weeks now. I got the automated response and that’s all.
