I think it's going to become really difficult to convince UK people to stay indoors as the weather gets nicer. Especially when people realise how much it sucks to work from home during boiling hot days with no AC If you can afford a small AC unit buy now honestly, and/or fans
Eh, people are stupid and polite and can't follow rules. Went for a walk this morning and people were crowding and basically ignoring all the rules. Fully believe the only solution is full lockdown tbh, just like Italy and France - anything less and people ignore the guidance

People aren't going to put up with that for months on end. Whatever we do needs to be sustainable.

I've seen some experts advocate one month on / one month off isolation, staggering it city by city. Might be viable, if you know it's going to end - we basically just need to stagger the infection rate to make sure cases stay under capacity and at risk people are okay
