Service Announcement: if a game is bad it's not QA's fault. Stop blaming QA for games having bugs. Most likely they worked their butts off finding and filing bugs which were for whatever reasons (good or bad) not fixed Also Support don't develop the game, stop yelling at them!

Probably 3am, the updates usually come out at 1am so 11pm would be an early update
