The UK literally has a single-payer healthcare system ("Medicare For All") where UK GOV pays for + provides healthcare. Canada has a single-payer system where the GOV contracts private suppliers. Bernie's plan has no premiums + a 200 USD cap on annual scripts. It's brilliant

Anyone reading this, please trust me when I say this: living under a single-payer healthcare system whether that's NHS in the UK or "Medicare For All" will significantly reduce the costs of all people. Plus if you're rich, there are still private options too! It's great

But that’s the thing bernies plan is not Bernies plan is exactly like our current Medicare plan which the out pocket costs are out of control

That’s not true Bernie plans is not available to the public written out but his most recent talks about it have it being identical to the current Medicare plan in place for seniors in the Us which has awful out of pocket costs
