Usually you don’t need to put oil to fry the sausages, just turn the heat on and put it in and turn. The sausage itself has a crapton of oil itself so when you fry it, you’d see all of it coming out unless you boiled it first. I usually just fry mines without oil for that reason.

normally very accurate, but these are chicken sausages with a bunch of other stuff in them, so less added fat. the instructions explicitly said to use a little bit of oil. worked out fine tho

Cook here, best advice I ever got from a chef was basically "It's never gonna cook if you keep flipping it". Just let it cook, and then flip. You might also want to play around with how hot you have your pan. Make sure to let your oil heat up *before* putting in the sausages.

This reminds me of the time my mum sent me to the store to get a loaf of bread and said if there's eggs get 6. Came home with 6 loafs of bread and she was furious, idk why.
