Totally. I try and leave a positive review with a few words for my fav places (also games on Steam) to balance the negativity
In my experience online reviews highlight negativity because people who had an okay-to-good experience aren't as interested in going online and leaving a 4 or 5 star review. But angry people who feel like they had a bad experience are way more likely to login and get Mad Online
