Has anyone found a decent replacement for Mailchimp for large scale mailing lists?

hannahhh I'd tell you anything!! - after a one time fee of $60, we now pay uhh like $1 month for 10,000 names - worth it, imo, but lots of annoying set up work required - extremely barebones in terms of creating emails unless u know HTML (I have a workaround, can DM)

Jumping in to add that we switched to Sendy at Hypixel and it worked like a charm, you just need someone who knows how to set it up and integrate with Amazon or whatever you use to actually send the emails. After that it's wild cheap

ALSO low-key I just downloaded my MailChimp template HTML code and uploaded it as a Sendy template lol. Worked great
