There's no such thing as an "idea person" in games. You need to either learn to code, or draw, or 3D model, or design, or make music, or manage projects etc. These are all skills you can start learning today after school or work - download Roblox or Unity or GameMaker or Twine
If you can't code or draw (try, it's fun) there are tons of other games jobs. You could work in community management, social media, writing, QA (game testing), video editing / streaming, live events, production. You can try this stuff out now by finding a project + volunteering
