I feel like to do this on any practical scale, you would have to sacrifice the content density that makes HITMAN maps so fun to play, but as a dream game, something like this would be absolutely amazing.
Yes, you would never get the intensely curated experiences that IOI makes.for HITMAN. But my hope would be something different, a world that feels more alive, systemic, emergent, open, more messy, and less built for you. Maybe one day lol
