In smaller teams you have much more ownership, you get to experiment + learn. But in larger teams you get to learn from others, and there are other people who can support you. In solo work, if you screw up, it's your fault and you have to fix it yourself, no help. It's exhausting
It's borderline impossible to describe how good it feels when you're defeated, so low, so tired, and a colleague or a friend or a partner says: "hey don't worry, I got this". It's such a feeling of relief. Find people like this and fill your life / work with them
Know that pain. Some days, I miss being the sole person responsible for making every call. Then I remember the days I had literally zero idea how to proceed, and no resources to do it with. XD
