In smaller teams you have much more ownership, you get to experiment + learn. But in larger teams you get to learn from others, and there are other people who can support you. In solo work, if you screw up, it's your fault and you have to fix it yourself, no help. It's exhausting

It's borderline impossible to describe how good it feels when you're defeated, so low, so tired, and a colleague or a friend or a partner says: "hey don't worry, I got this". It's such a feeling of relief. Find people like this and fill your life / work with them
