Some people are so marginalised they have to create the language that describes their oppression, but the real victim is me, who has to learn a new word every 6 months

So all women can give birth? What about people who've gone through menopause? What about people who have fertility or other issues? "Giving birth" is not a defining feature of a woman, since many woman can't give birth - some of them for their entire life. Try again

genes are organised into 23 paired structures called chromosomes – and one of those pairs differs between the sexes. Females have two X chromosomes, while men have one X and one Y chromosome.

Ah, so how do you know if someone is a man or a woman when you meet them? Do you do a DNA test on them and wait for the results? Have you taken a DNA test on yourself to confirm you are a man?

My point is that you've never, ever seen someone's chromosomes, so they're really irrelevant to whether you treat someone as a man or a woman or whatever. Same for genitals. You should think about why you treat people as male or female, have a good day :)
