It's great that depression, suicidal ideation and other similar issues get so much coverage in media. But for years I was like "well I'm not depressed and have never had suicidal thoughts so I guess my mental health is great, awesome!" UK mental health services suck

Side-note on this: depersonalization can be co-morbid with a lot of things. Schizoaffective here, it's a common thing I deal with from that. Not assuming you've ignored that or anything, but also leaving it out there for anyone else curious/worried on the topic. :D
