YouTubers crunch too much to get videos out + compete with other content, then inevitably burn out, their fans are like "where's the video?????" And they get stuck in this horrible crunch / burnout loop to satisfy fans who have unrealistic expectations. Same for many Roblox devs

Crunching, burning out then crunching even more to make up for time lost during burnout is not a sustainable long term production plan unless you want to die at at age 30 clutching your silver play button. I hope 2020 is the year we all figure out healthier work patterns

imo uploading frequently just becomes another form of habit and you can prevent burnout with momentum in mind as well as working with a team (ex. editors) to spread the load out

Yes absolutely, but many people don't, they just stay up late editing for weeks on end and then wonder why they have serious depression
