      Utilities sorted, moving van hired, flat paid for, contents insurance paid. Now I just need to sort broadband and we can get keys in on the 10th of January. Anyone got any recommendations for broadband only providers (we don't want a domestic phone if we can avoid it)

      Hyperoptic appear to do the best 'no landline' deal but never heard of them before today so am wary

      Probably obvious now but if you can get Hyperoptic, they're the best ISP. If the building has the wiring you can get up to 1GB down and up, amazing for streaming and doesn't even cost that much compared to Virgin. Customer service is good too - they're a very modern ISP
